Sunsari, July 28 -- The curfew imposed in the Dewanganj area of Sunsari was lifted from 7am on Tuesday. However, restrictions remain in place across Dewanganj Rural Municipality and Harinagar Rural Municipality, prohibiting gatherings of more than five people at a single location between 7am and 7pm.

The curfew had been imposed following a communal clash in Sunsari's Dewanganj Rural Municipality on Sunday night, in which one person was killed, and nine others were injured in security force firing.
