Kathmandu, July 1 -- On the occasion of its 28th anniversary, Radio Kantipur is hosting its eighth annual Xtream energy drinks NMA National Music Awards on Friday, July 10, at The Plaza Convention Centre, Pulchowk.

At the press meet, the event organisers reiterated their commitment to celebrating and facilitating the development of music in Nepal.

Kantipur Media Group's corporate manager, Simran Shrestha, shared that the event would feature awards in 14 different categories and two additional awards-Lifetime Achievement and 'Xtreme Energetic Performer of the Year'.

Shrestha also added that the event hopes to engage audiences of all ages and music tastes.
