JAMMU, May 14 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial President Jammu, Rattan Lal Gupta, on Thursday said that the Youth National Conference (YNC) has served as a springboard for nurturing leaders who later strengthened the party's parent body.
He made these remarks while addressing a meeting of the Youth National Conference (YNC), District Jammu Rural "A" at Sher-e- Kashmir Bhawan, the party's provincial headquarter in Jammu Chaired by its District President Jammu Rural "A" Vikas Choudhary.
