REASI, Aug. 20 -- In a major breakthrough in its sustained campaign against drug trafficking, Reasi Police arrested two alleged drug peddlers and recovered 28 grams of Heroin (Chitta) during naka checking near Baradhari, Reasi.
A police team of Police Station Reasi, while conducting routine naka checking at Baradhari, intercepted a car bearing Registration No. JK20A-6609. During the search of the vehicle and its occupants, 28 grams of heroin-like substance was recovered from their possession.
Both accused were arrested on the spot, and the recovered contraband was seized in accordance with the provisions of law.
