KATHUA, Sept. 7 -- Traffic Police Rural Jammu today on 07.09.2026 conducted an Awareness Programme-cum-Symposium at Government Degree College (GDC) Kathua on the theme "Safety Begins with Responsibility, Not Enforcement." The programme was organised in view of the growing involvement of two-wheelers in road accidents in recent times and as part of the ongoing 02-weeks Enforcement-cum-Awareness Drive against traffic violations by Two-Wheeler.
The Programme, which was held in the conference Hall of Govt Degree College Kathua, was co-chaired by Sh.
