JAMMU, Feb. 23 -- On Monday morning, Police Station Gangyal received telephonic information regarding a serious and brutal knife attack at Rajiv Gandhi Park (Garden), Gangyal, Jammu, wherein an unidentified male youth had allegedly assaulted a woman with a sharp-edged weapon.
Upon verification, the injured woman was identified as Rafia Bano, wife of Arif Jamal, resident of Ward No. 57, House No. 03, Gangyal, Jammu. The accused reportedly inflicted multiple grievous stab injuries, including critical wounds to the neck and other vital parts of the body, clearly indicating grave criminal intent.
