JAMMU, Sept. 16 -- With the objective of promoting public awareness and participation towards cleanliness on Indian Railways, a special cleanliness campaign is being organized across the entire Indian Railways on the theme of "Participation in Cleanliness, Clean India, Developed India". In this series, a cleanliness campaign will be conducted in three phases in the Jammu Division of Northern Railway under the able guidance of Divisional Railway Manager, Jammu, Shri Vivek Kumar.
