SP South Jammu reviews implementation of "Know Your Beat Officer" initiative

JAMMU, Sept. 10 -- A meeting was held today at District Police Lines (DPL), Jammu, under the chairmanship of SP South Jammu, and attended by SDPO South, SDPO East and all Beat Officers of South Zone.

The meeting focused on reviewing and strengthening the "Know Your Beat Officer" initiative, a citizen-friendly measure aimed at facilitating direct communication and coordination between residents and their respective Beat Officers through dedicated WhatsApp groups created for the purpose.
