JAMMU, Aug. 4 -- The Special Crime Wing (SCW), Crime Branch Jammu, filed a charge-sheet before the Hon'ble Court of Additional Special Mobile Magistrate, Samba on 03.08.2026 against Bakshish Singh, resident of Amritsar, Punjab, and Amandeep Singh, resident of Jalandhar, Punjab, in FIR No. 07/2023 registered under sections 420, 465, 468 and 120-B IPC for their alleged involvement in a fake recruitment scam in the Military Engineering Services (MES).
