JAMMU, Sept. 9 -- In a significant success, Rural Police Jammu has cracked two theft cases registered at Police Station Domana with the arrest of two accused persons and recovery of stolen gold/silver articles and cash worth approximately Rs 17 lakh.
The cases were registered as FIR No. 180/2026 and FIR No. 189/2026 under Sections 331(4) and 305 BNS following theft complaints received on 20.08.2026 and 02.09.2026.
During investigation, police teams constituted by PS Domana, with the assistance of technical surveillance and CCTV footage, identified and apprehended the accused persons, namely:
