BANDIPORA, Nov. 7 -- Regional Transport Officer (RTO), Kashmir, Qazi Irfan today visited the office of the Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO), Bandipora, and reviewed its overall functioning, administrative performance and delivery of public services.
During the visit, the RTO reviewed various citizen-centric services, including issuance of driving licences, vehicle registration, permits and fitness certification. He also assessed the pendency of applications and progress in service delivery through the SARATHI and VAHAN portals.
