Srinagar, May 5 -- In a significant crackdown on drug trafficking, Srinagar Police on Tuesday attached immovable property worth approximately Rs 1.20 crore belonging to a notorious drug peddler as part of the ongoing 100 Days Campaign under the Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyaan. Acting under Section 68-F of the NDPS Act, Police Station Nowhatta carried out the attachment in connection with FIR No. 61/2019 registered under Sections 8/20 of the NDPS Act.
The attached assets include a fully renovated three-storey residential house, a separate single-storey concrete kitchen block equipped with three washrooms, and land measuring 09 marlas.
