On 16.06.2026, a written complaint was received at Police Post Kakryal from one Sadiq Ahmed S/o Fazal Hussain R/o Moori, Tehsil Katra, District Reasi, alleging that four goats worth approximately ?1 lakh had been stolen from his farmland at Moori during the intervening night of 15/16 June 2026.
Acting promptly on the complaint, Police Station Katra registered FIR No. 191/2026 under Section 303(2) BNS and initiated an investigation.
