MAHORE, July 25 -- Continuing its sustained crackdown on terrorism and anti-national activities, Reasi Police today executed a proclamation under Section 84 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) against wanted terrorist Mohd. Qasim @ Salman, son of Mohd. Shafi, resident of Angralla, Mahore, in compliance with the orders of the Hon'ble 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu, Designated Court under the NIA Act.
The proclamation pertains to FIR No. 115/2022 of Police Station Mahore, registered under Sections 13, 17, 18, 20, 38 and 39 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
