REASI, Aug. 20 -- In a major crackdown against the growing misuse and illegal transportation of Pregabalin tablets, Reasi Police have recovered a total of 10,00 Pregabalin tablets (300 mg) and apprehended three accused persons in separate instances.
On 18.08.2026, during naka checking near Sports Stadium, Katra, a person moving towards Old Bus Stand, Katra, carrying a backpack was intercepted by the police team. During the search of his bag, 410 strips containing 10 tablets each, totalling 4,100 Pregabalin tablets of 300 mg, were recovered from his possession.
