REASI, April 15 -- Continuing its firm action against drug trafficking under the Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan, Reasi Police, under the leadership of SSP Reasi Sh. Mukund Tibrewal, IPS, achieved a significant success by apprehending two drug peddlers and recovering contraband substance.
During routine patrolling, a police party from Police Station Reasi established a naka at IRP Chowk .while checking ,the driver of Alto car bearing registration No. JK20-6890 inspite of cooperating with police tried to flee from the spot alongwith other accomplice. Acting swiftly, the police team successfully intercepted the vehicle and caught both the individuals .Upon inquiry, the accused disclosed their identities as:
