RAMBAN, May 24 -- Continuing its sustained drive against drug trafficking under the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Ab-hiyaan, District Police Ramban achieved another success by apprehending one person involved in drug ped-dling activities within the jurisdiction of Police Post Khari. On 23.05.2026, a police party of Police Post Khari, while performing routine naka checking duty at Zero Point Kundan, noticed one suspicious person who attempted to flee upon seeing the police party. Acting swiftly and alertly, the police personnel chased and apprehended the suspect.
During the search, a Charas like substance was recovered from his possession.
