New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- A possible reshuffle of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) secretaries is reportedly being discussed within the Congress leadership in New Delhi, with renewed focus on strengthening the representation of Jammu & Kashmir in the party's central organisational structure.
The discussion assumes significance following the appointment of Neeraj Kundan and Shahnawaz Chowdhary as District Congress Presidents in Jammu Rural and Poonch respectively. Both leaders had earlier served as AICC Secretaries and were subsequently moved back to their respective home regions to take up organisational responsibilities at the district level.
