VIJAYPUR, May 4 -- A ceremonial pipping function was organized at the Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI), Vijaypur, to honor recently promoted police personnel. Shri Ranjit Singh Sambyal, IPS, Principal, PTTI Vijaypur, formally decorated eight police personnel who have been promoted to the ranks of Sub-Inspectors and Assistant Sub-Inspectors, in accordance with the orders issued by APHQ J&K.
