VIJAYPUR, July 9 -- A ceremonial pipping function was organized at the Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI), Vijaypur, to honour police personnel who were recently promoted under the orders issued by Police Headquarters, J&K. The ceremony was presided over by Shri Ranjit Singh Sambyal, IPS, Principal, PTTI Vijaypur, who formally pinned the new ranks on six promoted police personnel in the presence of Gazetted Officers and staff members of the institute.
