JAMMU, Aug. 1 -- Samba Police has arrested a criminal and recovered an illegal revolver from his possession within the jurisdiction of Police Station Bari Brahmana during routine patrolling duty.
A police team of Police Station Bari Brahmana, while conducting routine patrolling in the jurisdiction, noticed a suspicious person near JDA Colony Birpur, Bari Brahmana, who was coming from the Data Talab side and moving towards Kikri Morh under suspicious circumstances. On noticing the police party, the said person attempted to flee from the spot. However, the alert cops acted swiftly, chased and successfully intercepted him.
