DODA, Sept. 26 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Krishan Lal today inaugurated the Pradhan Mantri National Apprenticeship Mela (PMNAM) organised by Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Doda with the objective of generating awareness among youth about apprenticeship, on-the-job training and employment opportunities.
The event was attended by District Nodal Officer NAPS Ashfaq Khanji; Chief Planning Officer Manesh Kumar; Principal Government ITI Ajay Kumar; Functional Manager DIC; Employment Officer; representatives from the Labour Department and Government Polytechnic, besides ITI trainees, pass-out trainees and representatives of participating establishments.
