NEW DELHI, March 15 -- The 22nd installment of the PM-KISAN scheme was released on March 13, 2026, offering financial assistance to millions of farmers across the country.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 22nd installment during an event in Guwahati. Under this installment, Rs 2,000 was directly credited to the bank accounts of registered farmers through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) system.
The 22st installment was directly sent to beneficiary's amount via DBT, although several eligible farmers are still awaiting their Rs 2000 in their accounts.
