JAMMU, July 9 -- A pipping ceremony of newly promoted Head Constables of Traffic Police was held at Range Traffic Hqrs Jammu where Sgct Santok Singh, Sgct Suraj Kumar Bhat and Sgct Sanjeev Kumar were pinned the ranks of Head Constables. On the occasion, Dr. Mohd. Haseeb Mughal, IPS, DIG Traffic Range Jammu, along with Sh. Ramesh Kataria-JKPS, Superintendent of Police (S), Principal Private Secretary formally decorated these officials with new ranks. Among others, Voonesh Sangotra, Sr. PO, RTHQ, Inspr.
