SRINAGAR, May 8 -- A piping ceremony was held today at Armed Police Headquarters, J&K, Srinagar, wherein Anand Jain, IPS, ADG, Armed, J&K decorated ASI Rajinder Kumar to the rank of Sub Inspector (SI) and three HCs, Zahoor Ahmad, Parvaiz Ahmad & Rajinder Singh to the rank of Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI). He was accompanied by Suneel Raj, SSP APCR Jammu/ I/C Staff Officer to ADG Armed J&K, who joined in adorning the newly promoted officers with their rank insignia.
