KATHUA, July 9 -- Today, on 09-07-2026 the Piping Ceremony was held at the Battalion Headquarters Kathua, for 43 newly promoted officials who were recently promoted vide APHQ J&K Srinagar order Nos. 1398 of 2026 and 1399 of 2026 dated 29-06-2026. Ranks were put on 18 newly promoted HCs & SGCTs by Atul Sharma, JKPS, Commandant, 19 JKAP IR Kathua.
Speaking on the occasion, the Commandant extended heartiest congratulations to the newly promoted officials and their families for this well-deserved promotion. Commandant appreciated the initiative taken by the senior officers and APHQ J&K for issuing timely promotion orders.
