Hiranagar, Aug. 9 -- In continuation of the Independence Day Celebrations-2026, Government Girdhari Lal Dogra Memorial Degree College (GLDM GDC), Hiranagar, organised a vibrant Tiranga Rally as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign-2026 and the Commemoration of 150 Years of Vande Mataram. The rally marked the commencement of Phase III of the campaign, being observed from August 9 to 17, 2026, and witnessed enthusiastic participation by the college fraternity.
