Jammu, April 1 -- The involvement of police personnel in narco-terror networks has once again come under focus after Udhampur Police on Wednesday dismissed a constable for his alleged role in a narcotics case.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Udhampur ordered the dismissal of Constable Arjun Sharma (No. 886/U) with immediate effect following a departmental inquiry into FIR No. 170/2025 registered under the NDPS Act at Police Station Rehmbal.
