JAMMU, May 23 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial President Jammu, Rattan Lal Gupta, on Saturday scoffed at those daydreaming about the fall of the Omar Abdullah-led government, saying such wishful thinkers would be better off "biting their nails" because the elected dispensation is here to serve and win the confidence of the people and will complete its full constitutional term.
