JAMMU, Oct. 23 -- Senior National Conference leader and Provincial President Jammu, Rattan Lal Gupta, expressed confidence that the National Conference will sweep in forthcoming Panchayat and Urban Local bodies elections as and when held on the basis of its governance, development initiatives and commitment to social justice.
Gupta said that the NC-led government under the leadership of Hon'ble Chief Minister Omar Abdullah was committed to inclusive development, strengthening democratic institutions and addressing the genuine concerns of people across Jammu and Kashmir.
