JAMMU, Nov. 3 -- Although BJP national vice-president Ram Madhav has maintained a guarded silence on the internal rift within the ruling National Conference (NC), local party leaders have reportedly been asked to keep a close watch on all developments.
Highly placed sources within the BJP said that during a closed-door meeting with senior party leaders, Madhav asked them to closely monitor the unfolding developments within the ruling National Conference.
"Ram Madhav asked party leaders to keep track of the activities of disgruntled MLAs who were reportedly present at the lunch hosted by Qaiser Jamsheed Lone on October 30," sources said.
