JAMMU, June 18 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial President Jammu Rattan Lal Gupta said that the protest organized by the National Conference at Jantar Mantar on first day of Monsoon session of Parliament for the restoration of Statehood to Jammu and Kashmir should serve as an eye-opener for the Modi Government. The protest has once again highlighted serious concerns regarding the federal structure of the country and the democratic rights of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
