NEW DELHI, Oct. 27 -- Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament (Nominated) and senior BJP leader Er. Gulam Ali Khatana participated in the 12th BRICS Parliamentary Forum being held at the Parliament premises in New Delhi from October 26 to 27, 2026.
