JAMMU, Aug. 3 -- Today the Gandhinagar Greenbelt Morning Walkers Association felicitated its senior member Er Lalit Mengi on his 84th birthday. A large number of Mengi sahib's former colleagues & friends also participated in the felicitation function. On behalf of the Association, the Chief Organiser Vijay Phoa presented a planter to Er Mengi while Er JBS Johar, Mohinder Gupta & K B Jandial presented their own bouquet, garland & Angvastr. S.
