JAMMU, March 12 -- In a quiet border town, behind closed doors, a monster wore the face of a father. A deeply disturbing case has emerged from RS Pura, a border-area town in the Jammu district, where a mother has come forward with a harrowing accusation against her own husband - that he repeatedly sexually abused and raped their two minor daughters, aged 11 and 6.
The woman filed a formal complaint at the local police station, alleging that her husband, Makhan Lal, had been preying on the couple's young daughters for an extended period.
