PANTHAL, Oct. 28 -- MLA Shri Baldev Raj Sharma today inaugurated and kick-started the construction of two major roads under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY-IV), Batch-I, in Block Panthal of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Constituency, fulfilling a very long-pending demand of the local people. The two road projects, with a combined cost of Rs 18.05 crore, include the Link Road from Bhagta to Upper Dadura, measuring 3.500 km at a cost of Rs 8.10 crore, and the Link Road from Tikri to Katra via Panthal and 11th Chamba, measuring 4.200 km at a cost of Rs 9.95 crore.
