JAMMU, June 13 -- BJP Spokesperson and former Vice Chairman, Balbir Ram Rattan, said that millions of people belonging to the Scheduled Castes and other disadvantaged sections of society have benefited from the constitutional safeguards envisioned by Bharat Ratna Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, which opened avenues of education, employment, social justice, and dignity for generations.
Balbir Ram Rattan expressed these views while interacting with a group of senior retired government officials from the Scheduled Caste community who had served in different departments and are now pensioners.They included Guldev Raj Bhagat, Hans Raj Loria, Waryam Singh and Rashpal Digra.
