JAMMU, Sept. 21 -- The Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha today inaugurated the National Dialogue on Millets for Health: Building Healthy Ecosystems, Climate-Resilient Agriculture and Sustainable Food Systems at SKUAST, Jammu.
