JAMMU, April 4 -- Dr. Gurcharan Singh Gulshan Trust, in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, today organized the 3rd Memorial Gulshan Seminar at K.L. Saigal Hall, Jammu, bringing together eminent Punjabi literary personalities, scholars, and enthusiastic young learners in a vibrant celebration of language and literature.
The seminar was presided over by noted Sahitya Akademi Awardee writer Khalid Hussain, while distinguished academician Prof. Surinder Singh Seerat graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
