KATHUA, March 14 -- A meeting of all dealers and retailers dealing in seeds, fertilizers and pesticides of District Kathua was convened by Sh. Anil Gupta, Law Enforcement Inspector, Kathua, under the directions of Assistant Director Law Enforcement Jammu, at Basholi. The meeting was organised to sensitise the dealers and retailers regarding compliance with the regulatory provisions governing the sale and distribution of agricultural inputs. During the meeting, clear and explicit instructions were issued to all concerned to ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the Seeds Act 1966, Fertilizer Control Order 1985, and the Insecticides Act 1968 along with the rules framed thereunder.
