MCM promotes digital wellness
Chandigarh, May 12 -- Geetanjali Counselling Helpline Committee and Hostel Committee of Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women, under the aegis of Directorate of Higher Education, Chandigarh Administration, and Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh, organised a digital wellness initiative titled 'Sunday: Say No to Mobile Campaign' to address the growing concern of digital addiction among youth. The initiative, aimed at nearly 600 hostel residents, sought to create awareness about the adverse impact of excessive screen time on mental and emotional well-being.
