CHANDIGARH, Sept. 28 -- Panjab University felicitated MCM student and accomplished skeet shooter and Olympian Raiza Dhillon for her outstanding achievements in shooting. Prof. Meenakshi Goyal, Vice-Chancellor, Panjab University, honoured Raiza at a University ceremony, acknowledging her significant contribution to Indian sport. Ms Neena Sharma, Officiating Principal, Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women, also felicitated the ace shooter.
In recognition of her achievements, Panjab University announced a cash award of Rs 1.5 lakh for Raiza, while Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women honoured her with a cash award of Rs 1 lakh.
