NEW DELHI, Aug. 18 -- In a proud moment for Jammu & Kashmir's Civil Society, Keshav Chopra, Social Activist & Chairman of the Samvedna Society, has been conferred with the prestigious Mahatma Gandhi National Service Award 2026.
