JAMMU, Aug. 4 -- The Jammu Municipal Corporation convened a comprehensive capacity building session today at its headquarters to streamline field operations and enforce compliance under the newly introduced Solid Waste Management Rules 2026. The session was conducted to align field functionaries with urban cleanliness targets and was attended by the Health Officer, Sanitation Officer, Assistant Sanitation Officers, Sanitary Inspectors, and Sanitary Supervisors representing Zone-I, Zone-II, and Zone-III.
