JAMMU, April 15 -- Amid rising concerns over safety and repeated closure of the Bikram Chowk subway, Dr. Devansh Yadav, Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation, conducted an on-site inspection of the facility in the presence of officers/officials and issued immediate directives to restore its safe and regulated operation.
The inspection was carried out with officials from the concerned police station, members of the municipal sanitation team including the Health Officer, and Deputy Commissioner (North) Sanjay Badyal. The purpose of the visit was to assess ground realities and take prompt action to address issues related to misuse, hygiene, and public safety.
