SRINAGAR, Sept. 4 -- Minister for Agriculture Production, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Cooperative and Election Department, Javid Ahmad Dar, today chaired a meeting to review the prevailing situation of Lumpy Skin Disease (LSD) and the measures being undertaken for its effective containment across Jammu and Kashmir.

During the meeting, the Minister was briefed on the district-wise status of the disease, vaccination coverage, availability of medicines and vaccines, sample collection and testing besides other containment measures being implemented by the Animal Husbandry Department.
