JAMMU, Sept. 23 -- Police Station Bahu Fort has achieved a major breakthrough in a house theft case with the arrest of the main accused and recovery of a substantial portion of the stolen property.
During the intervening night of 19/20 September 2026, a theft took place at the residential house of Puneesh Jain S/o Rajinder Jain, R/o H. No. 234/5, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu, wherein jewellery, cash and other valuable articles were stolen.
In this connection, FIR No. 284/2026 U/S 331(4)/305 BNS was registered at Police Station Bahu Fort, and investigation was taken up immediately.
