JAMMU, April 15 -- Today, SSP Jammu Shri Joginder Singh adressed a Press briefing on the arrest of wanted criminal Lau Gujjar and associates. He thanked the efforts of the Special Investigative Team (SIT) headed by SP Hqrs. Anna Sinha, IPS comprising Miran Sahib and Bishnah police which worked to uncover the ling-standing nexus.
SSP Jammu Shri Joginder Singh informed the media persons that Gulzar Ahmed @ Lau Gujjar was a kingpin Gangster and Drug Lord wanted in 27 FIRs in Jammu alone and around 100 FIRs across the country under various aliases. He ran an interstate drug nexus across J&K, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. The drugs were apparently sourced through drone droppings via his contacts in Pakistan.
