JAMMU, March 13 -- In a significant action against drug trafficking, a police team from Jammu Police apprehended a suspected drug peddler during routine patrolling in the Talab Tillo area of Jammu.
Today on 13.03.2026,at about 1600 hours, a police party from Police Post Talab Tillo, in collaboration with District Special Branch Jammu, was conducting patrolling within its jurisdiction. When the team reached Kabir Colony, Talab Tillo, one individual attempted to flee on noticing the police presence, raising suspicion.
The person was swiftly intercepted and identified as Satyam Kumar, son of Parmod Kumar, resident of Hajuri Bagh, Colonel Colony, Jammu. During his personal search, the police recovered approximately 8 grams of heroin-like subs...
