JAMMU, Oct. 22 -- Senior National Conference leader and Provincial President Jammu, Rattan Lal Gupta, said that Jammu Province is receiving due attention in the development agenda of the Omar Abdullah-led Government, with emphasis on infrastructure, drinking water, electricity, healthcare, education, rural connectivity, tourism, employment and the welfare of weaker sections of society.
